Ir. LIM S.Y., B.E. (Hons), MIEM, PEPC, IntPE (MY), APEC Engineer, GBIF, graduated from the University of Malaya with Honours in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He is also a certified Green Building Index (GBI) facilitator.

He has a broad range of experiences in air conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, fire protection system, plumbing & sanitary services, LPG and building automation system in building industry. He was in-charged in various types of projects from residential building, factory, shopping mall, office, hotel to mixed development project. He has wide experience in design, installation, and trouble shooting on chilled water air conditioning system from capacity more than 500 RT to 10,000 RT.

Ir. LIM S.Y. was also in the design team for performance based design fire protection system for a shopping mall project.

Ir. NG Y.K.,  B.E. (Hons), MIEM, P.Eng.. Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate  , is one of the founders of AMDA & Associates Sdn Bhd and Director of the Company.

He holds degree in electrical engineering from University of Aston, England. He started his humble career in joining small sub-contractor company and to the international engineering consulting firm. He has 40 years of extensive knowledge in commercial, residential, factory, plant and facilities for high voltage distribution, electric drive, power system analysis, heat tracing, intelligent security & communication as well as project & contract management.

He has successfully handled many projects ranging from small to multi billion ringgit worth of project. 

Ir. LEE A.C., B.E. (Hons), MIEM, PEPC., holds degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (Honours), University of Surrey, U.K., has been practicing as an engineer and an ICT professional for over four decades.

 He has a broad range of experiences in electrical, communication, security and automation systems in building and telecommunication industries. He had been in-charged of various types of projects from housing development, residential & commercial buildings, factories and hotels to mixed development projects. He had been responsible for the design, supervision and management of these engineering projects.

Ir. LEE S.H.,  B.E. (Hons), MIEM, P.Eng., holds degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Malaya in 1982. He has 35 years of experiences in Mechanical & Electrical Consulting & Contracting Industry. He also possesses a strong project implementation experience and site experience. He has handled oversea projects in Dubai, U.A.E and with the experience as a M&E Manager in Main contractor, this further strengthens his design knowledge against site implementation feasibility.
